Having been in the industry for 20 odd years, I’ve experienced many examples and have been taught by some of the best in the industry. When you walk into GymSpot you will experience a warm welcome that has a lasting effect for the duration of your stay, whether it short or long term!

With a presence for the majority of the day & offering 24 hours to those that work outside of normal hours/days during the week, we can accommodate anybody & will go the extra mile to achieve this.

Programming a strong point of focus so we ensure you are training correctly & effectively without causing you any injury.  Gymspot will create a fitness program to suit you. We work with you to check performance & results. New workout plans every 6 – 8 weeks.

Fitness Bootcamps

Body Conditioning Bootcamps are an additional service provided to both members & non members with short or long term commitment options, this is a great way to get back into fitness – catering for all fitness levels & abilities!

Shakes made at GymSpot are a nutritional way to finish your workout, we offer a variety of shakes & it is a great post workout recovery option & a meal in one.
